According to the needs of different products, the alignment system can adapt to "edge centered alignment", "optical target alignment", and "alignment of various non characteristic types of targets". 4. The most important requirement for precision printing is reproducibility, and the reproducibility of each axis on the machine table is below micrometers. 5. The screen lifting adopts ball screw and digital setting, which is simple, fast and convenient. The distance between the screen and the plate is consistent every time printing. It can achieve "zero spacing" printing with the workpiece. 6. The printing head adopts dual guide rail guidance, servo motor+synchronous belt, digital setting, simple, fast, convenient, and stable speed. 7. The scraper lifting adopts a sliding table double rod cylinder with high rigidity. Combined with a precision pressure regulating valve, it is easy to adjust, the ink thickness is uniform, and the printed products are neat and beautiful; 8. The mesh frame is quickly and manually fixed, making it easy to install and remove. The two arms can slide left and right on the crossbeam, making replacement convenient; 9. The specially designed displacement table is lightweight and highly reproducible. There is no problem of outdated UVW countertops. 10. Foot operated switch, immediately starts printing after discharging, improves work efficiency; 11. Comfortable and easy to operate human-machine interface, providing multiple functional parameter settings and real-time operation/monitoring; 12.
